1. Introduction

Welcome to WeBuyAnyBike247.com ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the motorbike purchasing services we provide. By using our website to obtain a valuation or by agreeing to sell your motorcycle to us, you accept these terms in full.

2. Online Valuations

Our online valuation tool provides an estimated purchase price based on the information you provide regarding your motorcycle's make, model, age, mileage, and condition.

  • The online valuation is not a legally binding offer to purchase your motorcycle.
  • Valuations are based on the assumption that the motorcycle is in a condition consistent with its age and mileage, has no hidden history (e.g., insurance write-off), and possesses a valid MOT (unless otherwise declared).
  • We guarantee our valuation price for 7 days, subject to physical inspection.

3. Physical Inspection

Before completing the purchase, one of our representatives will conduct a brief physical inspection of the motorcycle at the agreed collection location.

  • If the motorcycle's true condition, history, or documentation differs from the information provided during the online valuation, we reserve the right to adjust our offer accordingly or withdraw from the purchase entirely.
  • If we adjust the offer following the inspection, you are under no obligation to accept the revised price.

4. Ownership and Documentation

To sell your motorcycle to WeBuyAnyBike247, you must be the legal owner and provide the necessary documentation.

  • You must provide the original V5C logbook registered in your name. We cannot purchase a vehicle without a V5C.
  • You must provide valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) matching the V5C.
  • You must hand over all keys, manuals, service history, and accessories belonging to the motorcycle.

5. Motorcycles with Outstanding Finance

We are happy to purchase motorcycles with outstanding finance, provided you fully disclose this information prior to collection.

  • You must provide a valid settlement letter from the finance company.
  • We will settle the outstanding finance directly with the lender on your behalf.
  • If the settlement figure is less than the agreed purchase price, we will pay you the remaining equity. If the settlement figure exceeds the purchase price (negative equity), you must pay us the shortfall via debit or credit card prior to the handover.

6. Payment

We strive to make our payment process as fast and secure as possible.

  • Payment is made exclusively via secure, instant Faster Payment bank transfer. For the safety of our staff and customers, we do not pay in physical cash.
  • Payment will be made directly into the bank account of the registered keeper named on the V5C logbook.
  • We will not load the motorcycle into our transport vehicles until you have confirmed receipt of the cleared funds in your bank account.
  • We do not charge any transaction, admin, or collection fees.

7. Free Nationwide Collection

We offer free collection from mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for collection. While we strive to meet all agreed appointment times, we cannot accept liability for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. User Warranties

By offering to sell your motorcycle to us, you warrant that:

  • You are the sole legal owner of the vehicle and have the right to sell it.
  • To the best of your knowledge, the vehicle has not been an insurance total loss (unless declared) or stolen.
  • The mileage displayed on the odometer is accurate and has not been altered or tampered with.
  • You have disclosed any known mechanical faults or significant cosmetic damage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of time, or loss of data arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
